What about the Rice MBA program has surprised you the most?
The diversity of students, work backgrounds and personal stories that led them to the program has been a revelation and learning experience.

What has been your favorite moment of your Rice MBA experience so far?
Working on assignments, case studies, presentations and even attending the class, the idea of togetherness as a family in going through the journey has been an enjoyable and pleasant experience

What is your favorite thing about and/or favorite spot in Houston?
Being an immigrant, I love to visit Hillcroft (aptly named after a great leader, the Mahatma Gandhi district) to get a flavor of my home town and to celebrate fellow immigrants. Houston being a cultural melting pot has given me many opportunities to expand my learning of other culture which is an amazing experience

In a sentence, what is the one piece of advice you have for prospective students?
Identify your destination and the hurdles down the road and keep reminding yourself of the purpose of the MBA journey when you encounter hardships as a self-reflection exercise; Have a plan, backup plan and backup to a backup for every aspect of your learning journey as anticipation and planning will definitely lead you to the promised land
