What about the Rice MBA program has surprised you the most?
Coming to Rice, I knew the MBA program would be very hectic. The most surprising aspect for me has been the incredibly collaborative culture among the students here. Everyone is busy with their work but is always willing to lend a helping hand. I have experienced the same with alums too.

What has been your favorite moment of your Rice MBA experience so far?
The international Partio has to be my favorite moment at Rice until now. We not only had great fun organizing the Indian table and dances but also going around the over 20 tables having cuisines from across the world.

What is your favorite thing about and/or favorite spot in Houston?
The Houston Rodeo and the Japanese Garden at Hermann Park across the street from campus are two of my favorite things at Houston. The food in Houston is another thing to look forward to -- the barbeques and the tacos are the best.

In a sentence, what is the one piece of advice you have for prospective students?
MBA student life is super busy with assignments and group work but make sure to step out and enjoy with your classmates, there are some truly amazing people around you.
