Christal Delgado

As a senior legal officer at a prominent academic health care institution, Christal Delgado oversees all employment law matters. She has over 14 years of legal experience, is board certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization — a distinction held by less than 1% of practicing attorneys in Texas — and is well-versed in counseling and litigating all aspects of employment issues. Christal is an alumna of Texas Tech University School of Law and holds a B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and Colorado, currently contributing as a Leadership Council Member for the Houston Bar Association Health Law Section. Additionally, she organizes a monthly meet-up group known as the “Virtual Water Cooler,” comprising a network of employment law attorneys serving the healthcare industry in Houston and surrounding areas. Christal resides in Houston, where she is dedicated to promoting equitable and inclusive workplaces within the healthcare sector
