Chinenye Ozougwu

Chinenye Ozougwu is a dynamic and results-driven leader with over eight years of experience as a successful business owner. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin, she began a nearly six-year journey as an oncology registered nurse at MD Anderson. In 2016, Chinenye assumed the role of owner and CEO at El Shaddai Care Services, a prominent Health Care Provider Agency specializing in services for the elderly and disabled. In addition to her business acumen, Chinenye is a talented singer/songwriter, using her music as a healing force. She has shared her voice at meaningful events, such as the yearly Memorial for Patients at MD Anderson and a missions trip in Belize. Whether singing for patients or founding the first MBA@Rice scholarship, Chinenye consistently shines her light. She earned an MBA from Rice University, where she also served as the President of the Rice Business Student Association for MBA@Rice.
