Amber Barger

Amber Barger is an organizational change leader and executive coach with 15 years of experience in technology, energy and life sciences industries. As a Master Certified Coach, she is passionate about enabling change – from coaching behavior change with individuals to facilitating large-scale transformations in communities and organizations. She has supported hundreds of leaders to accelerate their performance at work. In her current role at EY, Amber leads consulting teams to help large global organizations enhance their employee experience in ways that impact enterprise business outcomes and enable the future of work. Amber holds a master’s degree in learning and organizational change from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the McCombs Business School at The University of Texas at Austin. Soon she will complete her doctorate degree from Columbia University with a focus on learning and leader development.
