Leader as Coach Program
Cultivating Transformational Leadership
Leader as Coach is an optional program open to all MBA programs. In year two, you can enroll in this three-month transformational program focused on developing the mindset and skills you need to coach others. Taught by a seasoned executive coach, this evidence-based program teaches:
- Authentic connection: Develop skills to connect authentically by listening and creating psychological safety.
- Goal setting: Equips leaders to partner with others in identifying developmental goals and enhancing performance.
- Motivation sustainment: Provides strategies to sustain momentum and motivate change for individuals and teams.
- Self-coaching tools: Elevates personal leadership through the integration of self-coaching tools.
As a result of this program, students are empowered to coach confidently and lead collaboratively. The curriculum focuses on listening, psychological safety, performance enhancement, change facilitation and elevating personal leadership.

Team Learning Labs
Elevating Team Skills in Business Education
The Team Learning Lab is an additional opportunity for our Full-Time MBA program. This coaching program stands out for its year-long, team-based approach. Coaches work closely with student teams to support high performance, cohesion, inclusion and self-awareness.
Coaches use evidence-based practices to enhance psychological safety, communication and team feedback. The curriculum is designed to align with different stages of team development, beginning at launch week and continuing throughout the year.
This integrated team coaching model sets it apart from conventional MBA programs.
