Todd Cimino

Todd Cimino is a senior level executive with extensive experience assisting leaders of well-managed companies and organizations become more competitive. Todd provides expert consultation to achieve superior results to Executive level leaders in the Oil & Gas industry through business transformation and change initiatives focused on Supply Chain Management, Business Strategy, and Business Process Design & Improvement.
Todd began his Oil & Gas career developing field level experience in roles such as Wireline Field Engineer for Schlumberger and as Operations Manager in pipelines and terminalling facilities with (a predecessor company of) Kinder Morgan. Subsequent to these field based roles, Todd began applying his operational expertise to Oil & Gas companies through a consultative role with Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting practice. During his initial 10+ years in Big 5 Consulting, Todd established a brand of operational excellence focused on improving business performance for the Majors, large Independents, and Oilfield Service companies. During his Consulting career, Todd has held industry leadership roles with Hitachi Consulting as Vice President - Oil & Gas, William W. Rutherford & Associates as Vice President - Upstream, and Wipro Technologies as Global Upstream Consulting Partner.
Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Rice University. He is active within the Oil & Gas community through his membership in Independent Petroleum Association of America and Society of Petroleum Engineers and is published in relevant industry publications such as Oil & Gas Financial Journal.
