Jeremy Smith

Jeremy has over 20 years of capital raising and financial structuring experience. Most recently, Jeremy was responsible for raising capital to support Commonwealth LNG’s development activities. He previously worked at Anadarko Petroleum where he led the global financing efforts that raised $18 billion in lender commitments that supported the 2019 final investment decision of Mozambique LNG. In addition, Jeremy was part of the team that took Western Gas Partners public in 2008. Jeremy is Rice twice: an Executive MBA in 2006 and an economics degree in 1995. Jeremy also received a Masters in Accounting from Texas A&M in 1997. Jeremy holds the Chartered Financial Analyst certification and is currently serving as the chair of MemberSource Credit Union.
