Hannah McCauley is a dedicated program specialist at Rice Business, bringing her expertise and a deep understanding of global cultures and perspectives to the Global Programs and Experiential Learning team. Hannah holds a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from the International Christian University of Tokyo, Japan, where she resided for a decade. After completing her degree, she continued to teach EAL at Hakuho Girl’s High School in Yokohama, Japan. Before joining Rice Business, she served as the manufacturing coordinator at Nippon Pillar's Houston facility, often serving as an interpreter and cross-cultural liaison between American and Japanese staff. Born in Houston, Hannah identifies as a Third Culture Kid (TCK), having spent her formative years in various regions across Southeast Asia, North Africa, South Asia, and East Asia. Her diverse background and experiences have undoubtedly shaped her unique approach to program management and global engagement.
