David Rabley

David Rabley is a managing director in Accenture strategy and consulting energy based in Houston. He has over 20 years of management and consulting experience within the oil and gas industry. Previously, he was a vice president with Schlumberger business consulting and has worked extensively in S.E Asia, Middle East, Australia and Europe. David was global and North America leader for energy transition and formerly the leader of oil field and equipment services practice for Accenture Strategy. He is currently leading the development of the 2022 edition of the World Economic Forum’s Energy Transition Index resetting the index for the upcoming decade and initiating a new methodology to quantify net zero performance benchmarking across heavy industry. David earned an M.A. in economics from the University of Cambridge (Downing College) and an MBA from INSEAD.
