Clayton Bartlett

Clayton is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer for Green Star BCS. Prior to founding Green Star BCS, he held roles in Jacobs Engineering, Worley, and Advisian in process engineering, sales, digital strategy, and consulting.

Clayton led the development of Jacobs’ Energy, Chemicals & Resources Digital Consulting business strategy and implementation of that strategy by building a team of subject matter experts to address a new market and solution sets that the industry was demanding. In his role as the Vice President of Sales and Commercials for Advisian Americas, he led a consultancy business development team delivering $60MM+ per year in revenue. He leverages this experience in his role leading Operations for Green Star BCS. Clayton holds a Bachelor’s of Chemical Engineering from Auburn University and Masters of Business Administration from Rice University.
