Will Eldridge

Will is a “twice-Rice” graduate who earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the Brown School of Engineering (‘16) followed by his Master in Accounting (MAcc) from the Jones School of Business (‘17). Upon graduating, he worked at Deloitte where he most recently served Oil & Gas clients as a Senior Auditor. Will got his MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (‘23) and is an incoming Consultant at Bain & Company in Houston.

Will is passionate about contributing to his community through extracurricular involvement and mentorship. While at Rice, he was the French Club President, an Orientation Week Advisor, and a Willy’s Pub Bartender. Will has since volunteered as a McMurtry Community Associate, Rice Business Mentor, 5-Year Reunion Co-chair, and alumni admissions interviewer. He is also an active alum of The Awty International School, where he serves as President of The Awty Alumni Association. In his spare time, Will can be found playing soccer, enjoying live music, golfing, or crafting classic cocktails.
