Tracy Winter
Neurodiversity Specialist, Leadership and Executive Coach
Tracy Winter has been a professional coach since 2009 and an ADHD coach mentor and trainer since 2021. In 2023, she co-founded the Neurodiversity Coaching Academy, where she helps coaches become more neurodiversity-inclusive in their practices. Her clients tend to be neurodivergent folks, particularly twice-exceptional individuals.
Tracy has spoken about neurodiversity at various conferences and organizations across the country. She is passionate about creating neurodiversity-inclusive spaces where each person’s authenticity and strengths are recognized and celebrated.
She currently trains and mentors new coaches at the International ADHD Coach Training Center, provides leadership development for Tesla and offers coaching services for The Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University.
Tracy earned her doctoral degree in human development and her master's in human and organization systems from Fielding Graduate University. She is a credentialed professional certified coach with the International Coaching Federation. Tracy is highly gifted, an ADHDer, highly sensitive and has been informally assessed as autistic. Plus, she can jumprope tapdance.
