Tracie brings over 20 years of experience in designing and leading global people, talent, culture, and strategy functions across various industries, including fast-moving consumer goods, energy and chemicals, technology, professional services, higher education, non-profits, and award winning start-ups With expertise in global business and organizational strategy and using a background in data, Tracie has successfully guided organizations and its employees through strategic transformations, M&A integrations, and workforce optimization efforts, while maintaining a focus on the importance of the global diversity, equity and inclusion competency and the employee, because for many employment is the only way to care for self, families and to build wealth.

A licensed attorney and certified in several areas including Employment Law Litigation, Mediation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Life Sciences Entrepreneurship and Change Management, Tracie holds a JD from the University of Houston Law Center, an MBA from Rice University, and an MS from Carnegie Mellon University.

In addition to their work, Tracie has co-presented on workforce inclusion and authored several publications on leadership and diversity, including advising organizations and leaders on how to improve inclusion and diversity and ESG at the Corporate Board Level and throughout the workforce.
