Sonya Ware is a reinvention coach that helps her clients discover new possibilities and develop a success plan. Prior to becoming President of Blue Beagle Consulting, Sonya was an oil and gas, IT senior manager who quickly rose through corporate ranks to become the infrastructure regional leader managing $25M in project spend. After successfully leading teams through IT outsourcing, Sonya shifted her career to organizational effectiveness, shortly thereafter, leaving corporate America to pursue Blue Beagle Consulting. Today she is an executive coach and performance consultant to mid-career professionals, senior and executive managers and small business owners. Sonya has a BS from University of Houston and MA, University of St. Thomas; an ICF accredited coach; 15+ years working in Fortune 500s with leaders all over the world; Sonya is happily married with two lovely sons. She enjoys comedy, murder-mystery and quality time with family and dear friends. Sonya is a partner in possibilities, authentic leadership and courage. Her mantra, It’s Possible!
