Shelby Kuepker

Shelby Kuepker is a higher education professional specializing in community relations and program operations. At Rice Business, she advances the school’s global mission by managing programs like the Global Field Experience (GFE), where students gain international hands-on experience in emerging markets. Prior to Rice Business, Shelby served as a program coordinator at Kesem, leading national initiatives that support children whose parents have cancer.

She holds a Master of Science in education in higher education in student affairs from Indiana University, where she developed skills in program management, curriculum development and student advising through her work in the student involvement and leadership center. 

Shelby’s strengths in relationship management and operations allow her to create impactful learning experiences that foster cultural competence, adaptability and innovative thinking, enriching students’ educational journeys and preparing them for global impact.
