Sandra Wegmann

For the past two decades Sandra has helped executive leaders accelerate progress toward their equity and social impact goals. After holding a variety of leadership roles within the philanthropic sector, in 2019 she launched Wegmann & Associates, beginning a career as an independent consultant and leadership coach. She is certified through CoachDiversity Institute and brings a DEI lens to coaching topics such as inclusive leadership, identity, equity-focused strategy development, and values alignment.

Her coaching practice helps women leaders, across racial and cultural identities, increase their organizational impact. Within varying contexts, she supports women to align values, voice and vision. In her strategy consulting work, she uses an Emergent Learning framework to help both individuals and groups learn deliberately around complex social problems in order to improve results.

In her personal and professional life, Sandra embraces core values that include creativity, courage, and learning from setbacks. She has a dual Master’s Degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs and the Institute of Latin American Studies at U.T. Austin. A lifetime runner and outdoors enthusiast, she lives in Houston with her daughter and her husband, Mayank.
