Richard Davis

Richard is a Sr. Project Manager in Houston and provides project assurance and project consulting services on large transportation infrastructure projects.  He has over 20 years of project consulting, project auditing, engineering design consulting, and project management experience.  In his current role, he audits design/build contractor compliance with public transportation agency development agreements. Additionally, Richard serves as the Office Delivery Manager where he oversees all aspects of internal project delivery for all Houston office projects.
