Pranika Uppal Sinha
Managing Director, Organizational Development & Culture, Greystone

Pranika Uppal Sinha oversees organizational development and culture at Greystone. In this role, she is responsible for initiatives relating to culture, community and inclusion, including education, resources, employee resource groups, and programming, across the entire firm to ensure Greystone’s efforts evolve and move forward to build belonging and support our tagline 'where people matter.' Greystone's Culture and Community committee and overall program is award-winning and recognized nationally. Within organizational development, Pranika oversees performance management, professional development training, and multiple internal leadership programs - creating impactful content for employees and leaders at all levels to develop and grow. She also works on engagement strategies, executive/leader coaching, and succession planning.
Prior to Greystone, Pranika worked at Oxy, Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, and 21st Century Consulting in various talent development, Human Resources, training, employee engagement, and inclusion-focused areas and roles.
Pranika earned a B.S. in environmental engineering at Northwestern University and an MBA at Rice University. She is a graduate of Leadership Houston, Class XXXIV. She has volunteered with the Texas Leadership Consortium and the Diversity/Empower Summit in Houston for many years. Pranika serves as a lecturer at Rice University’s Business School and launched the school’s first DEI-focused experiential learning lab course in 2022. She volunteers with Boys and Girls Clubs both locally and nationally, and also shares her voice and time to several organizations and nonprofits as a speaker. Pranika is based in Houston, TX where she resides with her husband, two daughters, and rescue dog.
