Paul Goydan is the global leader of Boston Consulting Group’s Accelerated Cost Advantage program, an end-to-end approach to resetting cost structures and enhancing operational efficiency rapidly, precisely, and sustainably. He has over 20 years of experience working closely with senior executives of some of the largest companies in the world as they successfully navigate large-scale functional transformations and solve complex global challenges, such as climate change and energy transition.
Prior to leading the Accelerated Cost Advantage program, Goydan helped form BCG’s global climate and sustainability practice and led the North American Energy practice. He has also studied climate change in executive programs at Columbia University and Cambridge University.
