Mike King

Mike King is a partner in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins. He represents oil and gas companies and private equity sponsors in upstream and midstream transactional matters. His upstream practice includes acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas properties, as well as farm-ins, drillcos and other joint ventures and related arrangements. His midstream practice includes matters relating to midstream joint ventures, gathering and transportation agreements, processing agreements, water sourcing and disposal agreements.
