Michelle Lashley

Michelle Lashley is a class of 2023 full-time MBA candidate and Forté Fellow at Rice University. In addition to her involvement with REFS, she is a member of the Consulting Association, Adam Smith Society, Energy Association and Rice Business Women’s Organization.

Prior to business school, Michelle worked for PERENCO E&P as a Petroleum Geologist and Projects Team Lead in the TSP asset (Trinidad and Tobago). Before joining PERENCO E&P, Michelle participated in REPSOL’s Masters graduate E&P program in Spain and continued postgraduate studies in Reservoir Engineering and Management at Heriot-Watt University, Scotland. Michelle graduated from the University of the West Indies (St. Augustine) with a BSc. in Petroleum Geoscience, where she was an active member of the SPE and AAPG.
