Matthew Manriquez

Matthew Manriquez is currently pursuing his MBA at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business as a member of the Class of 2021. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Matthew attended the United States Military Academy where he graduated with honors with a B.S. in Systems Engineering in 2014. Upon graduation he commissioned as an Engineer Officer and was first stationed at Fort Hood with the 1st Cavalry Division. As an Officer in the U.S. Army, he served as a Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Human Resources Officer, and an Aide-de-Camp in assignments spanning Texas, South Korea, Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
