Mary Beth Gracy is Accenture’s Houston office managing director. With three decades of business consulting experience at the global professional services company, she serves as the client account lead for a global oil and gas company and has advised a wide range of energy companies from upstream (exploration & production) to downstream (refining and marketing). In these roles, she focuses on bringing innovation to clients and shaping long-term strategies. The hallmark of her career has been continuously finding win-win solutions for both clients and Accenture to build sustainable, resilient business.
