Lea McCleave

Professional MBA, Class of 2025
Lea McCleave is a Professional MBA student expected to graduate in May 2025. In addition to her role as the generalist chair for the Rice Energy Finance Summit, Lea is a Rice Board Fellow and a Rice Recruiting and Admissions Ambassador. She received a bachelor’s in environmental science from the University of Alabama.
Lea currently works as a clean products scheduler for Marathon Petroleum Company but has experience in the refining and commercial organizations. Outside of work and school, she enjoys running marathons, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
