Laura Manley

Laura Manley is a Design Engineer at Greene Tweed, a private manufacturing company specializing in high performance connectors and seals. Prior to this role, she worked at Baker Hughes as an Electrical Design Engineer supporting Intelligent Production Systems for complex onshore and offshore oil and gas assets.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and minors in Engineering Management and Materials Science Engineering from Vanderbilt University. She is currently pursuing a weekend Professional MBA at the Jones Graduate School of Business, with an expected graduation date of May 2022.

Laura serves as a student liaison on the board of Rice Business Partners, a non-profit organization connecting the business community with the Jones Graduate School of Business.

Outside of school, Laura is an active member of the Junior League of Houston, an all-female volunteer organization focused on supporting the local Houston community. She also enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.
