Lanham Napier

Lanham Napier is co-founder and CEO of BuildGroup, an operator-driven investment holding company that provides permanent capital from aligned investors to support entrepreneurs and build high-performance SaaS businesses and leadership teams. Lanham was formerly the CEO of Rackspace, where he led the firm from $1.5 million to $1.5 billion in revenue over a 14-year period, helping to create the cloud service leader. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in economics from Rice University.
