Katherine Warren

Katherine is a partner at Boxley Group, a Houston-based management consulting firm that focuses on the energy industry. She specializes in helping companies identify operating efficiencies, design and conduct program leadership, evaluate and execute strategic growth, and align communication with business strategies. She has extensive experience bringing complex projects to completion and addressing difficult change at companies. Prior to joining Boxley Group, she worked for more than 10 years at Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy & Operations practice.

In addition to her extensive experience in the oil & gas and electricity industries, she worked for more than 5 years at the Solar Energy Industries Association on Capitol Hill in Washington DC and maintains a strong network and support for renewable energy.

She has an MBA from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a B.A. in Political Science from the College of William & Mary and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
