Academic rigor, familiarity with the University and its value proposition, alumni that I connected with spoke highly of the program, being attracted to a challenger/builder opportunity vs (at the time) a more established MBA program.

How has Rice helped you with your career?

Exposed me to the power of enterprise leadership, strategic thinking, and timeless, practical approaches business that I otherwise would not have been privy to. 
   
Rice also forced me to be comfortable being uncomfortable through the challenging work, integrating and working with people who were different than me, affording me opportunities to compete (case competitions) with other schools, and creating space for me to grow through volunteer leadership (co-founder of the BBSA).
