Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Diamondback Energy
Jennifer Soliman serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Soliman focuses on strategic aspects of aligning the organization, leading the Company's human capital strategy, brand building, diversity, equity and inclusion, and ongoing commitment to promoting a culture of excellence within Diamondback. She also leads record information management compliance and shared service administration. She reports directly to Travis Stice, Chief Executive Officer, and serves as a member of the executive team. Promoted to her role from Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, Ms. Soliman coordinated the integration effort of the ~$11B enterprise value merger with Energen, as well as various other multi-billion dollar merger and divestiture efforts.
Before joining Diamondback, Ms. Soliman served in various human resources leadership roles in other public and private companies in various industries, such as Sunnova Energy Corporation, Woodside Energy, BP, and Koch Industries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior from Rollins College, graduating magna cum laude, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Rice University. Ms. Soliman serves on the board of Rice Business Partners at Rice Business School and honorably served as a member of the United States Air Force Reserves.
