As a Wellbeing & Engagement Consultant, Jenna builds data-driven human capital strategies resulting in a more connected, engaged, and productive workforce. By understanding organizational context, Jenna is able to inform positioning total rewards offerings to maximize impact and employees’ perceived value. Jenna thrives on creative problem solving, spotting trends across data sets, and building positive relationships.
Prior to joining Gallagher Benefits Services (GBS) in 2018, Jenna gained eight years of experience in the fields of wellbeing and organizational development, ranging from startups to large organizations. After joining GBS, Jenna became a certified Thriving Workplace Culture Consultant; and actively works with clients to up level their company culture.
Jenna is a graduate of Texas A&M University and received her Masters of Public Health in Health Promotion Behavioral Science from the University of Texas Health Science Center. Continuing there, she is pursuing a PhD in Healthcare Management with a focus on psychological safety, leadership, and culture. Outside of work, Jenna is a certified yoga instructor and an American Heart Association spokesperson. She also enjoys traveling, hosting parties, photography, and spending time at her family ranch.
