Jeanine Wai

Jeanine Wai is the U.S Integrated Oil and Oil & Gas Exploration & Production (E&P) analyst at Barclays. Prior to Barclays, Jeanine covered SMID Cap E&P at Citi for over three years during which time she ranked as an Institutional Investor Rising Star in 2016 and 2017. Jeanine has a variety of experience on the buy and sell sides and in the industry. Prior to Citi, Jeanine was an E&P analyst at Nexus Asset Management and a Vice President on the E&P Equity Research Team at J.P. Morgan. Jeanine's industry experience includes working as a financial analyst performing structured finance and M&A at Bechtel for the Oil, Gas & Chemicals division. She began her professional career at Chevron in 2001 where she spent six years as a process engineer in various downstream/refining roles, including hydroprocessing engineering design, field technical service, marketing & new business development, and project economics for strategic planning.

Jeanine has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California-Berkeley and M.B.A. from MIT Sloan.
