Ijeoma Nwaogu, Ph.D., ACC is a well-regarded speaker and credentialed leadership coach who is deeply passionate about and committed to the personal growth, well-being and progression of people. Ijeoma is the CEO of Everlead, LLC, a leadership consultancy. With over 16 years of professional experience, Ijeoma has served at various higher education institutions across the United States. She has led numerous conference and training sessions and programs across the nation on topics related to leadership development. She is the author of the book Overcoming Imposter Anxiety: Move Beyond Fear of Failure and Self-Doubt to Embrace Your Worthy, Capable Self with New Harbinger Publications.
 
Ijeoma received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from Georgia State University. She earned her master’s degree in higher education administration and her doctoral degree in counseling, both from the University of Georgia. Ijeoma currently resides in Houston.
