Grace Hwang leads Campus Talent Acquisition and Early Careers at American Airlines. She has been with AA five years and came through the Commercial Strategy MBA Leadership Pipeline, working in Loyalty, Network Planning, internal consulting, and Leisure Sales before transitioning into HR three months ago. She received her undergraduate business degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as her MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She is a proud Consortium alumnus, out lesbian, and fierce advocate for DEI.
