What about the Rice MBA program has surprised you the most?
The breadth of professional network -- every classmate has a unique background and skill set, which continue to be revealed even eight months into the program.

What has been your favorite moment of your Rice MBA experience so far?
The ski trip to Breckenridge, CO that about fifteen PMBA-W students went on with our significant others. Three days of shredding the slopes helps you get to know your classmates much better than lecture will.

What is your favorite thing about and/or favorite spot in Houston?
Walking to a neighborhood bar on a Saturday afternoon for some crawfish and beer.

In a sentence, what is the one piece of advice you have for prospective students?
Consider this a worthy investment but sacrifice, and be prepared to decline a lot of invitations from friends and family until graduation.
