Why did you select Rice Business for your MBA? 

I was most impressed with the opportunity to attend Rice’s professional MBA program, benefit from the accommodations of a full-time student, and attend school with some of the brightest and most promising professionals in the city. 

How has Rice helped you with your career? 

Rice allowed me to pivot my career from engineering in a traditional chemical company to joining one of the fastest growing brands in the country, via networking with classmates.

What is the most important advice you’d like to share with prospective and current students?

I would advise students to take advantage of working and networking within clubs and organizations while in the program. 

What have you valued most in the Rice black student and / or alumni network? 

I have most valued the camaraderie and dedication that Black alumni and students continue to exude among each another and across many alumni classes.
