David leads the technology and innovation activities across the business from early stage technology platform development through product development and technical service. He identifies and executes on major new product and application projects, step-out technology opportunities and business model innovations which can sustain future growth of the division.

Throughout his career, David has specialized in R&D management and performance improvement, innovation and technology strategy, open innovation, R&D project delivery and materials research.
