Chris is the sole shareholder and exclusive distributor for Swagelok Co., a global manufacturer of fluid system products for industries like oil and gas, chemical, semiconductor, and transportation. He has operated successful Swagelok distributorships in Houston, Texas, and Wallingford, Connecticut.

On the Swagelok distributor advisory board, Chris helped create a platform that expanded services beyond parts distribution. He also introduced a new revenue stream in his Houston distributorship, which now generates over $10 million annually.

Passionate about leadership, Chris has mentored executives and Swagelok CEOs, helping them implement lean manufacturing and rebuild teams. He also navigated his business through the pandemic, maintaining profitability and retaining employees.

Chris has used the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) for 10 years to drive operational success and has managed ISO 9001-registered companies to improve processes. As a strategic partner on boards, he excels at building consensus and brokering solutions.
