Caroline Lillja

Caroline Lillja is a Class of 2022 MBA Candidate at Rice University. In addition to her involvement with REFS, she is a member of the Rice Business Women’s Organization. She has worked as an External Reporting Analyst and, most recently, is in FP&A for Phillips 66.
Caroline graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Accounting and is also a certified public accountant.
