Brandi Downey

Brandi Downey is the Broker and Co-owner of DiverseCity Realty, a boutique real estate brokerage located in Houston's Rice Village. DiverseCity Realty serves clients throughout Houston and celebrates the city's diversity of culture, industry, and neighborhoods. DiverseCity Realty is a full service brokerage with a team of agents that assists clients with residential and commercial transactions; from apartment leasing to land acquisition to residential development.

In addition to being the broker at DiverseCity, Brandi is an adjunct professor of Real Estate at Houston Community College. She is a member of the Junior League of Houston, the founder of MIRE (Minorities In Real Estate), and is involved in various committees related to maintaining the culture and integrity of Houston's changing neighborhoods.

Brandi graduated from the Jones School with a focus in Real Estate in 2011. Prior to business school Brandi was an Internal Auditor for DCT Industrial and Hines. Brandi holds undergraduate degrees in Spanish and Accounting from Texas State University.
