Bethann Roberts

Bethann has more than 30 years as a Global Executive and Fractional CEO, Strategist and Transformational Leader. Her C-Level experience began at General Electric where she set the strategic direction for the units she led as a Division C.E.O. In her role she was responsible for the healthy growth of revenue and assets, both organically and through acquisitions. Her success was established in the identification of targets, due diligence and pre-and post-acquisition integration planning and execution. As an executive leader under Jack Welch, Bethann and her colleagues were responsible for GE Capital’s Global investment strategy, including building a robust manufacturing plan with China. To acknowledge her contributions, Bethann was awarded the prestigious G.E. Pinnacle Award four times during her tenure with the company. Prior to joining GE Bethann was an HSBC Executive in the commercial real estate sector, honing her financial acumen and leadership skills.

Bethann has been a trusted advisor to Capital One, Sonic Automotive, Ericsson, AT&T, Lockheed Martin, Baylor Scott and White Heart Hospital, Breg Orthopedic, Exco Resources, Texas Christian University, Mohawk Industries, SpectralMD and Ciena.
