Alan Alexander’s work at Vinson & Elkins LLP focuses on project development, project financing and joint ventures. He has experience working with petrochemical companies, midstream developers, exploration and production companies, project developers and financial investors on complex projects and transactions in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. In particular, Alexander has expertise in complex downstream projects, as well as experience assisting clients in energy transition matters involving renewable fuels, carbon capture, clean ammonia, low-carbon hydrogen, carbon monetization and grid resilience. Alexander also has significant experience advising on energy projects in Latin America.
