Pricing: Reunion has a three-tier pricing structure.

Who may attend: Reunion is only open to Rice Business alumni and their guests. Parents, students and other non-alumni are not eligible to attend Reunion except as a guest of a Rice Business alumnus/a.

Events may be postponed or cancelled due to low registration, severe weather, logistics issues or for any other reason deemed necessary by Alumni Engagement.
When an event is postponed, all registrants will be notified via email as soon as Alumni Engagement makes the decision. Registrants have the option to receive a refund, convert their registration fee to a gift to the Rice Business Fund or retain the fee for the future re-scheduled event.
When an event is cancelled, all registrants will be notified via email as soon as Alumni Engagement makes the decision. Registrants have the option to receive a refund or convert their registration fee to a gift to the Rice Business Fund.

The networking roster, a list of registrants for the event, is available only to Rice Business alumni who pre-register and opt into being included. The roster is sent out prior to each event and again after the event.
All networking information is subject to the Rice privacy policy and the Rice Portal privacy and usage policy. Users are prohibited from using information provided in the networking roster for any commercial, public or political purposes.
The networking roster is available for most, but not all, Alumni Engagement events.

By registering for a Rice Business alumni event, you consent to being photographed and filmed at that event. These images and videos may be used in marketing and fundraising materials as well as on public-facing social media.
If you wish to revoke your consent, please email jgsbalumni@rice.edu or the event manager for that particular event at least seven days prior to the event.

Pre-registration is available for all Alumni Engagement events.

Refunds for event registration payments are available for most but not all Alumni Engagement events. Refunds will not be provided within seven days of the event except in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Alumni Engagement.

Most Alumni Engagement events are free for students to attend, but students must register in the manner outlined below. Public-facing event registration pages do not have student registration options. In addition, students who register and then do not attend will lose their recruiting and alumni event privileges. Specific policies for different student groups are detailed below.
Full-time, professional evening and weekend, executive and online MBA students: registration pages for students will be provided via CampusGroups and OwlCareers/12twenty. If you register and cannot attend, you must email jgsbalumni@rice.edu or another Alumni Engagement team member at least 24 hours prior to the event to cancel your registration. Failure to cancel within the specified time will result in the loss of recruiting privileges through the CDO and OwlCareers, as well as the ability to attend future alumni events.
Hybrid MBA and Master of Accounting students: if you see an event you wish to attend, please email jgsbalumni@rice.edu or another Alumni Engagement team member to register. If you register and cannot attend, you must email jgsbalumni@rice.edu or another Alumni Engagement team member at least 24 hours prior to the event to cancel your registration. Failure to cancel within the specified time will result in the loss of the ability to attend future alumni events.
Undergraduate students: please refer to the "undergraduate students" section for all event policies pertaining to undergraduate students.

Alumni Engagement events are not open to current undergraduate students unless explicitly stated on the event registration page.

Walk-up registration refers to registering for an event after midnight on the day of the event. While walk-up registration is available for most Alumni Engagement events, there are exceptions. It is generally not available for professional sporting events and events that reach their maximum capacity early.
If an event does not offer walk-up registration, this information will typically be noted on the registration page. However, Alumni Engagement reserves the right to change this at any time.
Walk-up registration will incur a 25% surcharge on the regular registration price. For example, if a happy hour event has a regular registration price of $20, the walk-up registration price would be $25 (including a $5 surcharge).
