What has been the most surprising part of your Rice MBA experience? 

Despite the (mostly) virtual environment, I've been able to establish great friendships and make a ton of connections in a relatively short period of time.

What has been your favorite thing about your MBA experience so far? 

The Global Field Experience (GFE) has been the highlight for me so far, hands-down. One of the most unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunities I've ever gotten to experience. I got to travel to a country I've never been to before, work on a project in an industry I've never worked in before and spend time abroad in a new culture with friends (not classmates, in my eyes).

What is the most important piece of advice you would give to someone considering the online MBA@Rice program? 

You have no clue how many resources you have available to you in this program. More than a year later, I'm still discovering new avenues to build my network and plan my future career.
