What has been the most surprising part of your Rice MBA experience?
I am surprised at how much I've enjoyed the homework assignments. I thought it would be overwhelming to take on extra assignments outside of work and class, but I've found myself really appreciating how much these assignments have both helped me retain the information we learn in class and apply the subject matter to my career.
What has been your favorite thing about your MBA experience so far?
The students in my cohort have been wonderful. I am learning so much from so many intelligent and curious classmates, and I've had a ton of fun collaborating.
What is the most important piece of advice you would give to someone considering the online MBA@Rice program?
There are so many great people in this program who are willing to help you in any way they can. Don't hesitate to reach out and ask for advice or help when you need it. Just because the program is online, it doesn't mean you won't make meaningful connections or gain access to helpful programs and resources.
