Janet Graff

Janet Graff is a senior leader with more than 28 years of experience in commercial PC quality and customer experience. Since joining HP Inc. in 1997, she has held multiple leadership roles focused on transforming customer insights into quality strategies that deliver measurable business results across global markets. She has led co-development initiatives with major technology partners, managing strategic relationships and negotiations that resulted in innovative, globally adopted supply chain models. Her work in designing quality platforms has significantly reduced annual quality issues, while her leadership in serviceability has enabled distributed engineering teams to strengthen customer retention. Janet holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from Texas Tech University and a master’s degree from George Washington University. She also maintains PMP and ITIL certifications. She resides in Houston with her family.
