Diana Cabori
Lecturer in Organizational Behavior
Diana Cabori, Ed.D., is an organizational leadership scholar and practitioner with more than 20 years of experience spanning program management, business development, nonprofit leadership and higher education. She currently serves as a program manager at CLEAResult, where she leads large-scale energy efficiency and community-impact programs for utility partners, overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, cross-functional teams and data-driven performance frameworks.
Cabori previously served as managing director of Project Attain, a regional nonprofit advancing adult educational attainment across California. In that role, she led successful state, federal and private grant initiatives, launched cross-sector collaborations, built organizational infrastructure from incubation to 501(c)(3) status, and designed trauma-informed, equity-centered programs for adult learners. Earlier in her career, she held senior business development roles in higher education, significantly expanding employer partnerships, enrollment pipelines and CRM-based data systems.
As an adjunct professor, Cabori has taught extensively across MBA, Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and business intelligence programs through courses in organizational behavior, leadership, project planning, data modeling and decision-making. Her teaching integrates real-world cases, applied analytics and evidence-based leadership frameworks, emphasizing ethical leadership, collaboration and organizational change.
Cabori holds a doctorate in organizational leadership with an emphasis on transformational change, along with graduate degrees in organizational leadership and executive leadership certificates. Her professional interests include organizational behavior, transformational leadership, impact measurement and advancing data-informed strategies that improve outcomes within complex human systems.
