CoachRICE for Professionals

CoachRICE: A Leadership Coaching Program is facilitated by professionals from the Doerr Institute for New Leaders and is a 105-hour Level 1 accredited program with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). CoachRICE applies a variety of teaching methodologies to give you a practical coaching skillset combined with the rigorous academic standards of Rice University. The CoachRICE program trains and equips participants to become ICF-certified coaches and to develop individual leaders and team members while strengthening their entire organization. After successful completion of the program, participants earn a Doerr Institute Certificate of Completion to include in their ICF application for an ACC credential.
