Faria Dhamani serves as Chief Operating Officer at Good Reason Houston, where she leads the organization’s internal strategy and operations to ensure the team, systems, and resources are aligned to advance economic mobility through public education in Houston. In her role, she oversees finance, people and talent, operations, risk management, and enterprise strategic planning, and she is passionate about building the infrastructure and organizational discipline required to translate ambitious goals into sustained impact.

Anne K. Tai serves as Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration at Rice University’s Susanne M. In her role, she leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that modernize financial and operational systems, strengthen institutional alignment, and support sustainable growth.
