Anne K. Tai serves as Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration at Rice University’s Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies and is a member of the Rice Business Executive MBA Class of 2025. In her role, she leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that modernize financial and operational systems, strengthen institutional alignment, and support sustainable growth.
Anne’s work sits at the intersection of strategy, accountability, and culture. She believes belonging is not only an aspirational value, but a structural outcome — shaped by how institutions design processes, allocate resources, and empower leaders. As a first-generation immigrant and long-time Rice staff member, she brings both lived experience and systems-level perspective to conversations about inclusion and institutional impact.
